These cases are available in both boys and girls designs. To personalise your pencil case check out the illustrated sheets in the photos and select your choices from the dropdown menus. If you have more than one pet there is the option to add extra dogs.
If you can't see your dog on the sheets, there is also the option to select a custom colour or a bespoke drawing. If you would like a bespoke design message me via Instagram or directly at gemma@sydandco.uk with a clear, colour front facing photo of your dog to agree first. Please note bespoke orders will extend the dispatch date. If you have a special date you need it by please feel free to get in touch.
100% Cotton canvas bag with chunky metal zip.
Choice of four colours: Grey, pink, natural or white.
The bag is available in two different shapes, a flat case or freestanding.

How to Personalise with a drawing of your pet
1. View our personalisation sheets in the photos to find a pet that looks like yours. If you find a pet that looks like yours enter the details in the option boxes.
2. If you find something similar but need a small tweak such as a patch, ear change, colour change add a tweak to your basket and leave us a note at checkout with instructions and send us a photo to contactsydandco@gmail.com
3. If you would like a 'new' bespoke drawing of your pet add a drawing to your basket and leave us a note at checkout with instructions then send us a photo to contactsydandco@gmail.com
Remember to get a really good likeness I need photos that show the true colour and shape of the pet. The better the photo the better the outcome.
How long does delivery take?
🐾 We dispatch non personalised items in 1-2 days.
🐾 Personalised items where the pet has been chosen from the sheets are dispatched within 5-7 days if clothing and 3-5 days if pup cups, mugs or drink-ware.
🐾 Custom tweaks take 1-2 weeks and bespoke drawings can take up to 2-4 weeks.

What service do you ship with?
All our mail is posted out using Royal Mail tracked 48 and we also offer Royal Mail special delivery.
All our international orders are also sent out via Royal Mail International services.
How much is delivery?
A large letter sent tracked £2.50
A parcel sent tracked is £4
Special Delivery Shipping is £7.95.
We ship to all parts of the world and international shipping starts at £15. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss an international order.
All orders are provided with a tracking number if you haven't received one please check your junk mail as we sometimes find it can go there.
